1. Installing StoreBoost

Follow these steps to install StoreBoost on your Wix store:

  • Go to the Wix App Market and search for StoreBoost

  • Click Add to Site

  • Select the Wix site where you want to install the app

  • Click Agree & Add to accept the permissions

  • Once installed, StoreBoost will appear in your site's dashboard under Apps

  • Click Open to launch the StoreBoost dashboard

StoreBoost requires an active Wix Stores installation on your site. If you do not have Wix Stores set up, install it first from the App Market before adding StoreBoost.

2. Setting a Minimum Order Quantity Per Product

A minimum order quantity rule prevents customers from purchasing fewer than a specified number of units for a given product.

  • Open the StoreBoost dashboard from your site's Apps section

  • Your product list will load automatically

  • Find the product you want to configure — use the search bar to locate it quickly

  • Click on the product to open its settings

  • Under Order Rules, find the Minimum Quantity field

  • Enter the minimum number of units a customer must order

  • Click Save

The rule applies immediately to your live store. Customers who attempt to add fewer than the minimum quantity will see a notification and the quantity will automatically adjust to the minimum.

3. Setting a Maximum Order Quantity Per Product

A maximum order quantity rule prevents customers from purchasing more than a specified number of units for a given product. This is useful for managing inventory, limiting bulk purchases, or running limited availability products.

  • Open the StoreBoost dashboard from your site's Apps section

  • Find the product you want to configure

  • Click on the product to open its settings

  • Under Order Rules, find the Maximum Quantity field

  • Enter the maximum number of units a customer is allowed to order

  • Click Save

The rule applies immediately. Customers who attempt to add more than the maximum quantity will see a notification and the quantity will be capped at the maximum value you set.

4. Removing a Rule

To remove a minimum or maximum order quantity rule from a product:

  • Open the StoreBoost dashboard

  • Find the product with the rule you want to remove

  • Click on the product to open its settings

  • Clear the value in the Minimum Quantity or Maximum Quantity field — leave it blank or set it to zero

  • Click Save

The rule is removed immediately and the product returns to standard ordering behaviour with no quantity restrictions.

5. Troubleshooting Common Issues

Rules are not showing on the live store

  • Ensure your Wix site is published after saving the rule

  • Clear your browser cache and reload the store page

  • Confirm the app is installed and active in your dashboard

Products are not loading in the StoreBoost dashboard

  • Ensure Wix Stores is installed and has at least one product added

  • Try refreshing the StoreBoost dashboard

  • Log out of your Wix account and log back in

A rule was saved but is not applying correctly

  • Check that the minimum quantity is not higher than the maximum quantity — this creates a conflict

  • Ensure the product is set to active and visible in your Wix Stores product list

  • Contact us at support@kalvegalabs.com if the issue persists

The app is not appearing in my dashboard

  • Go to your Wix site dashboard → Apps → Manage Apps

  • Check that StoreBoost is listed and not paused or disabled

  • If it does not appear, reinstall from the Wix App Market
