We do not collect payment information, personal customer data belonging to your end users, or any sensitive personal information.

Our products are built to operate within the native infrastructure of the platforms they are distributed on. Configuration data is stored within the respective platform's own secure systems. Where applicable, any data processed by Kalvega Labs is handled in accordance with industry-standard security practices including encryption in transit and at rest.

Kalvega Labs products do not transmit your data to unauthorised third-party services. Where a product operates within a third-party platform (such as Wix, Shopify, or WordPress), that platform's own privacy practices also apply. All billing for paid features is handled exclusively through the native billing system of the platform on which the product is installed — we do not process or store any payment information directly.

6. Data Retention

Configuration and usage data is retained for as long as the product remains installed on your platform account. Upon uninstalling a product, associated configuration data is removed in accordance with the platform's standard data handling procedures. For data deletion requests, contact us at support@kalvegalabs.com and we will respond within 30 days.

7. GDPR Compliance

We are committed to compliance with applicable data protection laws including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where relevant. Our products are designed to collect the minimum data necessary to function. Our products and services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.
