01. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using any product or service provided by Kalvega Labs ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use our products. These terms apply to all Kalvega Labs products distributed across any platform including Wix, Shopify, WordPress, and any other platform on which our products are made available.
02. Description of Services
Kalvega Labs develops and publishes plugins, apps, extensions, and SaaS products that extend the functionality of third-party platforms. Our products are distributed through official platform marketplaces and app stores. We also provide consulting services and custom development to businesses on a case-by-case basis.
03. Eligibility
You must hold a valid account on the platform through which you install our product and comply with that platform's own terms of service. You must be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a legal guardian, to use our products and services.
04. Subscription and Billing
All payments for premium features of Kalvega Labs products are processed exclusively through the native billing system of the platform on which the product is installed (for example, Wix Billing for Wix apps, or Shopify Billing for Shopify apps). By subscribing to a paid plan you agree to the billing terms presented at checkout on the respective platform.
All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We do not accept payments through any mechanism outside the platform's official billing system.
Subscription plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If you raise the price of a plan or change the subscription model, the change applies only to new users. Existing paying users retain access to the functionality they paid for.

Use our products to transmit harmful, offensive, or malicious content

Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our products or services

Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, data, or infrastructure

Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting our support team

06. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in our products, including but not limited to code, design, trademarks, documentation, and branding, are owned by Kalvega Labs. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our products solely for your own legitimate business purposes on the platform through which they were installed.
07. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our products will be error-free, uninterrupted, meet your specific requirements, or be free of harmful components. Use of our products is at your own risk.
08. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kalvega Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use our products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our products or services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
09. Modifications to Products and Terms
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue our products at any time with reasonable notice to users. We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of our products after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our products if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to other users or to our platform partners. You may terminate your use of our products at any time by uninstalling them from your platform account.
